Manpack Antenna
Manpack Antenna
A manpack antenna is the combination of the antenna and other components, which are all contained in a lightweight purpose made backpack to allow ease of carriage and operation. Manpack Satellite Terminals offer a lightweight, portable Satcom solution for the communication needs of a dismounted soldier or first responder in highly rural areas and harsh environments. Its compact design and intelligent packaging concept facilitate a one-man setup and operation. The terminal can be packed in a backpack and carried in the airline overhead compartment. It also has the optional feature of a hard transit case for carrying in airline baggage.
